About Me

I have 16 years  counselling experience and working in mental health and emotional support.

I have experience working with a diverse range of issues, working within a number of counselling organisations as well as private practice.

I offer a safe, confidential place to explore thoughts, feelings and circumstances. Helping others find the best solutions and coping strategies to suit their own personal needs. 

 I work with the following:

Bereavement, Loss, Life changing illness, Terminal illness, Child sexual abuse, Domestic violence, Depression, Anxiety, Relationships.

Clinical Supervision.

I have 10 years experience supervising counsellors both trainee and qualified at all levels of experience. I supervise counsellors working with a range of issues and ages, either self employed or working within an organisation or schools. I use the Shohet and Hawkins Seven Eyed Model of supervision in my practice.

I offer FACE TO FACE and TELEPHONE  counselling and Face to Face and Telephone  Supervision.
